Savvy Palette collects information from you when you register on the site, place an order, enter a contest or sweepstakes, respond to a survey, or communication such as e-mail, or participate in another site feature.
When ordering, or registering, we may ask you for your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information, or other information. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.
Savvy Palette also collect information about gift recipients so that we can fulfill the gift purchase. The information we collect about gift recipients is not used for marketing purposes.

To modify your e-mail subscriptions, please let us know by modifying your preferences in the "My Account" section or just email us directly. Please note that due to email production schedules you may receive any emails already in production.
To delete all of your online account information from our database, sign into the "My Account" section of our site and remove your shipping addresses, billing addresses & payment information.
Please note that we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction in order to service that transaction and for record keeping.

Shipping & Returns
Shipping charges are calculated automatically by the shopping cart at the time of checkout. Your shipping charges will depend on the weight of the items that you order, your shipping method, and your location.
Your items may arrive in different shipments. Depending on the type, quantity and weight of items in your order, we may pack and ship them in different packages to ensure they arrive on time and undamaged.
Orders can be shipped via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail or FedEx. Most orders are processed within 2-3 days. Express orders (2 Day or Overnight) will be processed on the same day if they are placed by 2:00 pm CST on a business day. Orders placed after 2:00 pm CST will be processed on the following business day.
Orders sent to P.O. Boxes must be shipped by Priority Mail. FedEx and UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
If you provide inaccurate shipping information that must be corrected for FedEx to deliver your order, FedEx charges a rerouting fee of $10.00 which we will pass on to you.
Orders shipped outside of the continental U.S. are sent by U.S. Mail.
OUR RETURN POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You can return the goods within 14 days of receipt for a refund (please note that the refund will exclude the shipping costs). You must email us or call us at 405-588-7192 in advance of your return to receive authorization from Savvy Palette. Once you receive authorization, the returned item must arrive back in our studio within the 14 days of authorization. The cost of returning the item will be your responsibility. When returning the item, you must ensure that it is not lost or damaged in transit. Please note that it can take up to 7 days for the item to reach its destination, so make sure you allow enough time. If you would like to exchange your purchase, please follow the normal return process and then place a new order online or contact us at 405-588-7192.

WHAT IF MY PURCHASE IS INCORRECT OR I RECEIVE THE WRONG PIECE?
Please call us immediately at 405-588-7192. Once we have received and checked the item and agree that it is faulty or wrong, we will refund you the full amount including the cost of delivery or ship you a new item.
HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at 405-588-7192. If the order has already been processed, there may be a delay in canceling and refunding your order.
Can I Make Prints Of An Original Or Commission I purchase?
No. I retain full reproduction rights of my work, unless you purchase a licensing agreement that crealy states what and where you plan to distribute my art.
Can I Cancel A Commission Before Completion?
Yes, but you will loose your 50% deposit. This deposit covers materials bought for said commission and the work I have completed up to that point.
Why Does It Take 5-7 Weeks For A Commission?
Typically I have more then a couple projects I am working on at the same time. So depending on when you order a commission will determine how long it will take to complete. Best thing to do if you are seriously considering a comissioned piece is to book your request by paying the 50% deposit to get in on my schedule.
What Are Your Payment Terms?
For commissions I require a 50% deposit to put your custom request on my calendar. The remaining 50% will be do upon completion. but before official delivery of the final art.
What Form Of Payments Do You Accept?
I accept PayPal and most major credit cards. I invloice via email and this invoice can easily be paid with a credit card or PayPal.
What Are Giclées?
Giclée is a neologism coined in 1991 by printmaker Jack Duganne for fine art digital prints made on inkjet printers.
What Does Limited Edition Mean?
An issue of something collectible (such as books, art prints, or medals) that is advertised to be limited to a relatively small number of copies.
What Is A C.O.A.?
A certificate of authenticity (COA) is an important document that states an artwork is original, or a limited edition fine art print is authorized by the original artist.They include vital information about the artwork such as title, mediaum and date of creation and signed by the artist.
How Long Does It Take To Get A Print Made?
Becuase My prints are not pre-made I ask that you please allow 7-10 business days for shipping and handling of your new print. I persoanly make sure each print meets my deired ecpectations before shipping out to my clients.
Do You Offer Discounts If I Order More Then One Print?
Yes, as long as it is a print of the same image, same size I will offer special bulk rates when needed. For this to apply, client needs to order at least 10 prints to recieve a 15% discount. If client orders 20 prints they will recieve a 20% discount.
Do You Offer Wholesale Purchases From Corporate Art Consultants and Interior Designers?

What Id Your Print Edition Size?
Currently all my limited edition are set to 50. Signed & numbered they also include a C.O.A.
How Long Have You Been A Artist?
23 years and counting... I formed my current studio and brand Savvy Palette in 2017 and I have been working in this niche for the past 4 years.
Do You Paint In Any Other Style?
No. I specialize in a contemporary abstract style known as Spontaneous Realism. My brand is built around this paticular niche.

Why Are Your Originals So Expensive?
I put a lot of time and effort into my originals and they are one-of-a-kind. I have studied and dedicated my life to being a professional artist and after many years I am able to create the pieces that I create today.
What Type Of Canvas Do You Paint On?
All my original work is painted on professional grade gallery wrapped canvas. I prefer to work on larger canvas size (36 x 48 x 1.5 in.) as it is easier for me to be more expressive in my brush strokes and palette knife marks.
